  • Requesting Service

    Getting things done is what we’re about.  Every day we triage and tackle a wide range of requests from clients in various locations and industries. We’ve spent a considerable amount of time engineering a system that works for us and our clients to smoothly flow information to and from our clients and our team.   • 24/7 LIVE Emergency Support

    At DevUp we believe that uptime is the most paramount aspect of our business.  We never want our customers to feel abandoned in a crisis.  DevUp has 24/7/365 live agents ready to answer your call in the event of an emergency.  If the problem is caused by DevUp, there is absolutely no charge for this service. Check out the support page for all the details!

  • Online Submission

    All of our new website and system deployments include a built-in feedback and service request system.  We allow our clients to select whether they would like the feedback request to be internal to their site or if they would like it to be public facing.  We believe that the easier we make it for clients or users to communicate feedback, issues, or requests to our team (and you) the better we can serve you and your customers.

  • Automated Phone System

    We know that your time is valuable, we never want a customer sitting on hold waiting to communicate their requests to DevUp.  Our automated phone system allows customers to handle emergency requests with a live agent but also allows self-serve requests.  Normal priority service tickets and sales requests can be communicated through our convenient single phone number.  You’ll never worry about getting to your own account manager or that your request will end up with someone who is unfamiliar with your account.  You tell our automated phone system who you are and what you want and leave the rest to us.  Someone will be back in touch with you when your request has been processed. Check out the support page for all the details!

  • Customer Portal

    Modern business requires modern tools to be efficient.  We have a complete customer portal available online for any of our customers to interact with their account 24/7/365.  You can review past and present invoices, quotes, tasks, and issues.  We send communications and updates on your requests through our online portal that get delivered right to your inbox. Check out the support page for all the details!

  • Online Payments

    We’ve made it as convenient as possible to view your invoices and pay online. Make a Payment on our website by Credit Card, PayPal or Apple Pay and view your invoices through our customer portal.
