FAQ – Accounting Questions

Do I require a down payment?

Yes, because the work we do at DevUp is custom for your company we are unable to resell it to recoup the development time. Our proposal document outlines full payment terms but you can always get in touch to discuss your specific needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque, Interac Email Money Transfer, Pre-Authorized Debit, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Apple Pay. You can visit the Make a Payment page to pay online

How do I pay an Invoice?

We have several convenient ways to pay your invoice.  We accept Credit Card and PayPal directly through our website or by clicking the payment link in the email you received with the invoice attached. We also have QuickPay through PayPal at paypal.me/devup. Credit Card payments and Pre-Authorized Debit can be set up as automatic recurring payments or processed manually one-time, just contact us. Interac E-Transfers sent to accounting@devup.ca and cheques/money orders addressed to DevUp Inc., PO Box 722 STN CENTRAL, Charlottetown, PE, C1A 7L3 are also accepted.
